​At the Magpie Inn we are passionate about food and determined to source the best seasonal ingredients for our menus. Our chef, Hadi Fahes, and his team are steadily building a reputation for producing uncompromising food using locally sourced ingredients where possible. As with our beers and wines we value tradition and sustainable practices and most of our suppliers are artisan producers who put quality and taste first. As a result of our focus on seasonal produce our menus change regularly and depending on the season we will feature wild game, 32 day aged steaks and a wide selection of seafood. We try, where possible, to use fish from Irish sustainable fish stocks etc.
